Justin + Megan | Wedding
Birmingham, AL
THIS WEDDING, YALL!
Megan and I met each other through Samford’s Master’s of Social Work program, and I was super excited when she asked me about photographing her wedding! Knowing Megan, I knew it was going to be a fun day, but I had no idea just how fun and full of emotions this day would be! Megan was the most chill and down-to-earth bride. She also had the best bridesmaids that were constantly joyful and laughing, but more importantly, caring for and loving on their sweet friend. I hadn’t met Justin before this day, but wow these two are perfect for each other! I loved Justin’s sweet and tearful reaction to seeing Megan for the first time. May or may not have been shedding tears myself watching it all go down! After the first look and bridal party photos at Avondale Park, we all headed back to Redeemder Community Church to cool down and freshen up before the ceremony. During this time I witnessed the most sacred time of Megan being prayed over by the women in her life who love her the most. It was beautiful. Justin and Megan’s ceremony was intentional and God-glorifying, and after they were pronounced husband and wife I got an hour (yes AN HOUR) of newlywed portrait time with them! It was a blast! The day ended at the Florentine with a sit down dinner and all the dancing!!! Hope these photos give you a bit of a glimpse at how fun this wedding was!
