Justin + Maddy | Couples Session

Idaho Springs, CO + Golden, CO

Gosh what a day it was with these two!

It was a (warmer) sunny day and we had decided to do a session in the mountains at a beautiful overlook. But as we kept driving deeper and deeper into the mountains, the sun started to disappear and so did the mountain views… So many clouds and lots of SNOW! Oh, and let’s not forget about the high winds! We decided to still try and give the overlook a shot, so on we went! These two were total troopers and braved the freezing cold and I’m soooo glad they did because how pretty?! I mean look at all those snow flurries! 😍 It was too cold to be out for long (sorry y’all almost got frostbite) so we decided we would make another stop once we got back down to the foothills. The drive took longer than expected and the sun started setting so we made a spur of the moment stop on the side of the road!!! Yep, you’ll never guess that the photos towards the end in a field are RIGHT by a highway. 😂 But that’s the amazing thing about photography right?!
